This Page Was Last Updated on: October 5th, 1997. All of the Coding and Graphics (except for what I 'borrowed') Are Copyright Scott Powell 1997. A LITTLE BIT ABOUT MYSELF

Welcome to The Chronicles of Weagle. My name is Scott Powell, and I currently live in the city of Miramichi, NB, Canada.  I'm a college student here at NBCC Miramichi where I'm enrolled in the Multimedia program, second year. My main interests and hobbies include everything about computer hardware and networks, surfing the Internet, chatting on TCZ, watching and writing about Startrek, listening to music, ice cream, and spending time with my friends.
Here's a little treat for you all. I wrote a novel not too long ago based on the Startrek universe, but using people I know as the characters and developing a plot involving them. It took my almost a full year to type it up, and in total it's about 165,000 words long. :)

DOWNLOAD MY NOVEL! (Corel Wordperfect 8.0 Zipped Format) Approx. 375 Kb.

DOWNLOAD MY NOVEL! (Plain DOS ASCII Zipped Format) Approx. 340 Kb.

You'll also need PKUNZIP v2.04g to uncompress the file, and I recommend using EDITPAD v3.11for viewing it unless you happen to have some other cool wordprocessor. The standard Windows Notepad can't handle a file this large.

If you want it in a different format, let me know and I'll be happy to email it to you. I'm currently working on a second novel, and it will be posted here whenever I get it finished.

For those of you who like stupid pictures of people, here's a few images I scanned in of me and my friends:

Here's a little cartoon I found in a newspaper that sort of reminds me of myself, Weagle. In case you were wondering, Weagle is my dog's name. I just borrowed it for use on the Internet. *grin*

The Chatting Zone

TCZ (The Chatting Zone) is a multiuser chatting area on the Internet used by people all over the world. It can be accessed using any Telnet client by clicking on the graphic above. I've been a member of TCZ for almost 2 years now. Connect to it and try it out. I guarantee you'll get hooked. :) My name on there of course is Weagle. Page me and say 'HI' next time you're on!

Here's a link to the Telnet client that I use for TCZ, Zugg's Multi-User Dungeon, or ZMUD. It has tons of features and provides the best interface for chatting out of all the clients out there. Trust me on this one.

As of Sept.21, the latest full version of zMud is v4.62.

Download the 32-bit version. (1.04 Mb) - This one is for Windows 95/NT.

Download the 16-bit version. (1.04 Mb) - This one is for Windows 3.1/3.11.

There is also a new BETA version of zMud being tested. Download 32-bit v5.01. (1.12 Mb)
